About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive community at our exceptional primary school in Tower Hamlets.

The successful candidate will provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to students with SEN in a primary school setting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs to meet the needs of students with SEN.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
