Job Title: Director of Retention & Loyalty

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Retention & Loyalty to join our team at Humankind Global Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retention and loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retention and loyalty strategies to increase customer engagement and retention rates
  • Oversee the implementation of loyalty programs, including rewards, discounts, and gamification initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retention and loyalty programs
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Provide input into the CRM operating budget and oversee the efficient use of marketing spend
  • Act as a subject matter expert on customer engagement and loyalty program design

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience managing retention programs, with expertise in customer engagement and loyalty program design, implementation, and management
  • 7+ years of experience driving retention performance, including building a learning culture and managing marketing experimentation
  • 7+ years in a leadership or management role, demonstrating the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret results and site metrics to drive change
