**Job Summary**

We are seeking a charismatic and professional Senior Receptionist to join our dynamic team at The Ivy Collection. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our guests receive a warm and professional welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Assist the Reception Manager in maintaining a high level of service standards, ensuring that all team members are well-trained and supported.
  • Supervise and mentor junior receptionists, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
