As a front of house wellness consultant for Lunar Health Clubs, you are responsible for making every client feel like they are on a personalised wellness journey. This will be achieved through learning our client’s routines and practices, delivering exceptional customer service throughout, promoting and selling add-on services and ensuring the facility is clean, tidy, and operational for an all-round bespoke experience. The primary goal is to create an environment where our private members can transform themselves, indulge in some ‘me time’ and enjoy our ultramodern gym, unique combination of treatments and unparalleled class concepts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's routines, practices, and wellness goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
- Promote and sell add-on services, such as personal training sessions, nutrition consultations, and spa treatments, to enhance the client's wellness journey.
- Maintain a clean and tidy facility by ensuring equipment is well-maintained, replenishing supplies, and coordinating with the housekeeping staff.
- Collaborate with the class instructors and therapists to ensure seamless scheduling and execution of classes and treatments.
- Continuously update your knowledge about the latest wellness trends, services, and technologies to provide up-to-date recommendations to clients.
- Act as a wellness advocate by actively participating in classes, wellness events, workshops, and seminars to contribute to the wellness community.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and suggestions on ways to improve services, facilities, and overall customer experience.
- Monitor and manage all front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and keeping accurate records.
- Uphold the club's values and promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.

DESIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication and people skills to build rapport with members.
- Strong sales and customer service experience, with the ability to effectively promote and upsell services.
- Knowledge and passion for health, wellness, and fitness trends.
- Meticulous and organised to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a demanding environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional and presentable appearance to represent the club and create a positive first impression for clients.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality, wellness, or fitness industry is preferred.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour working week, 5 days between Monday - Sunday.

SALARY & BENEFITS
- £25,000 a year, depending on experience.
