Your Responsibilities
- Act as the future operator representative for Energy Asset during various project development stages, providing critical insights for Clean Dispatchable Power, Heat & Storage initiatives.
- Engage in proactive stakeholder management to contribute effectively to project processes, always prioritizing safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
- Formulate recommendations for optimal operational models for new assets within Uniper Energy Asset's portfolio.
- Lead and coordinate the specification requirements for new asset projects across all technologies (excluding nuclear), ensuring timely delivery through close collaboration during early project phases.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with key stakeholders within the Energy Asset sector.
- Participate in alignment meetings with technology suppliers and OEMs that Uniper is considering for future collaborations.
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of operational experience in site management.
- Relevant experience with energy assets or similar fields, showcasing technical, commercial, and project management skills, or the ability to quickly acquire advanced competencies.
- Academic background in engineering or economics, or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong dedication to continuous improvement and business excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environment, demonstrating a proactive attitude.
- Skilled in simplifying complex issues and identifying root causes.
- Capable of delivering decision proposals within a short timeframe.
- Experience in project management, able to oversee multiple concurrent projects (typically 4-5 at any given time).
- Proven track record of adopting a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
