Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our portfolio, including contract management, budgeting, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities- Contract Management: Manage the scope of work for operation and maintenance agreements to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for minor construction projects, including corrective maintenance and site improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly technical reports to present performance of the assets and activities conducted.
- Liaise with Clients: Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Quote Creation: Develop quotes for clients based on their requirements.
- Site Activities: Coordinate site activities with internal and external resources.
- Experience: Proven experience in the photovoltaic business or a similar role.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office tools, PV monitoring systems, HSE, and CDM regulations.
- Language: Fluent in English language.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
