About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Account Manager to join our team at DB Charles Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions, track sales performance, and analyze business data to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Education: Degree-educated, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Personal Qualities: A passion for sales and business development, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
