Job Title: Senior Design Manager

About the Role:

  • Lead the design management process for the refurbishment of high-rise residential buildings, ensuring compliance with current building regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external consultants to deliver innovative design solutions that meet client specifications and safety requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and coordination of design documentation, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage the design review process, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies, particularly around fire safety and building regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the design and technical teams, fostering a collaborative working environment.
