Job Description

Job Title: Senior Design Manager

Job Summary:

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to lead our design and technical teams in delivering high-quality projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all design and technical aspects of projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate design and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement design and technical strategies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Manage and coordinate external consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of design and technical information
  • Review and assess design and technical information to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain design and technical programs to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to ensure that design and technical information is accurately reflected in project documentation
  • Manage and coordinate design and technical changes to ensure that they are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their design and technical needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our design and technical teams are equipped to deliver high-quality projects

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing design and technical teams
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Ability to develop and implement design and technical strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
  • Valid driving license
