### Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join our boutique firm in the West Midlands. Our client is looking to expand their successful team by bringing in a knowledgeable and ambitious individual to work on an existing caseload and continue their development.

### Key Responsibilities

* Handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, including settlement agreements, redundancy matters, unfair dismissal claims, absence management, HR advice, and contracts, policies, and handbooks.

### Requirements

* At least 2 years PQE in employment law
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently

### What We Offer

* Competitive salary: £55,000
