About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level JavaScript Games Developer to join our Burton upon Trent team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality products using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining complex JavaScript applications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
  • Ensuring high-quality code and adhering to best practices
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of our development processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and JSON
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working in a fully remote environment
  • Knowledge of game engines such as Phaser and experience with Unit Testing in JavaScript

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Automated Testing
  • Proficiency in other development languages, such as Java or C++
