Community Housing Support Officer

Job Overview
The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that residents and tenants enjoy well-kept communities where they feel secure and valued.
The role involves conducting regular assessments of community housing, public areas, and gardens. This includes managing the collection of certain waste materials and addressing instances of illegal dumping.
As part of the Tenancy Management Team, the individual will execute tasks as directed, adhering to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
It is essential that the candidate is capable of performing physical tasks safely, with a clear understanding of relevant risk assessments and health and safety standards.
