Alloa HMOIn our shared living environment, we support eight individuals who have their own rooms but share common areas. Each person receives personalized 1-on-1 support tailored to their unique needs and goals. We utilize Good Life Plans to ensure comprehensive care and enable residents to achieve their aspirations.
Alloa OutreachOur outreach program provides in-home support to individuals across the Clackmannanshire area. We cater to a diverse range of disabilities and ages, tailoring our support packages to meet individual requirements. Good Life Plans guide our approach, ensuring we effectively assist individuals in achieving their goals and accessing local amenities for social and recreational activities.
Your Role as a Support Worker: Making a Real ImpactAs a Support Worker at Ark People Housing Care, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable service users.
- Building strong relationships with individuals, providing individualized care and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
