Job Title: Support Worker - Alloa

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in Alloa. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing practical, emotional, and social support to our service users.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with colleagues to provide effective and efficient support to vulnerable service users.
  • Communicating and working well with individuals to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
  • Carrying out tasks in accordance with organisational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Being responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, giving positive feedback, and encouragement.
