Job Summary
Ark People Housing Care is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Alloa. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes and in a shared living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to individuals with varying levels of need.
- Communicate and build relationships with supported individuals to understand their needs and preferences.
- Support individuals in daily activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or social care setting is an advantage, but not essential as Ark provides full training.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
