Job Summary:

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Print Equipment Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining office equipment in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on office equipment, including photocopiers, printers, and other devices.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their equipment is functioning properly and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring that the necessary materials are available to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with colleagues, management, and clients to ensure seamless workflow and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of printing and photocopier equipment, including Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, and Epson products.
  • IT Knowledge: Have a good understanding of IT systems and be able to troubleshoot technical issues related to office equipment.
  • Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license to enable travel to client sites.
