Payroll Advisor

Location: Broughton, Flintshire
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll-related transactions from internal stakeholders, including detached duty, standby, on-call, one-time payment submissions, memberships, loans, PASS scheme, working party subsistence, P45/new starter declarations, settlement agreements, and court orders.
- Process time-related transactions from internal stakeholders, including overtime, shift changes, sickness, phased return to work, time savings accounts, and salary offset.
- Process HR administration-related activities, including completing transactions for HR administration activities, providing first-level support for clients on the flexible benefits platform, maintaining e-pay tools, and providing first-line support for stakeholder queries.
- Produce documents through mail merge for internal mail shots and divisional correspondence, manage relationships with external e-payslip providers, and maintain and improve processes utilized within the team.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks.
- Ability to work using own initiative and develop effective solutions to problems.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach to assisting other team members.
- Strong 'personal branding' and a 'can-do' attitude in all areas.
