Job Summary:

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join our team on a 6-month contract. As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for processing payroll-related transactions, time-related transactions, and HR administration activities for our client in the engineering sphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing:
    • Process payroll-related transactions from internal stakeholders, including detached duty, standby, on-call, one-time payment submissions, memberships, loans, PASS scheme, working party subsistence, P45/new starter declarations, settlement agreements, and court orders.
  • Time Processing:
    • Process time-related transactions from internal stakeholders, including overtime, shift changes, sickness, phased return to work, and time savings accounts/salary offset.
  • HR Administration:
    • Complete transactions related to HR administration activities, such as references and solicitors' letters.
    • Provide first-level support to clients on the flexible benefits platform.
    • Maintain e-pay tool and provide first-line support for stakeholder queries.
    • Produce documents through mail merge for internal mail shots and divisional correspondence.
    • Manage relationships with the external e-payslip provider.
    • E-mail archiving and maintaining/improving processes within the team.
