We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee our Systems Integration and Automation division. This role will be pivotal in guiding a team of Automation Engineers and managing essential functions such as pre-contract evaluations, proposal development, resource management, and equipment selection.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Automation Engineers
  • Collaborating with the tendering team to prepare detailed quotations
  • Coordinating resource analysis and allocation alongside the Project Manager
  • Researching and implementing innovative solutions
  • Establishing control system documentation
  • Ensuring timely project delivery that meets client expectations

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and programming PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
  • Utilizing various industrial network protocols
  • Managing IT and OT network configurations
  • Defining specifications and standards for projects

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience as a Senior Automation Engineer
  • Proven leadership capabilities in a similar environment
  • Expertise in developing standard library functions
  • Familiarity with industrial network protocols
  • Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of NEC 3 / 4 contract frameworks
  • Experience in the water and wastewater sector is advantageous
