Lead Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automation Engineer to join our team at Te-Tech Process Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of automation systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of automation systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and telemetry systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automation engineering, with a strong background in electrical control systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent experience
