We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Matched. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by creating awareness, account prospecting, and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including marketing-generated leads, social media research, and self-generated leads.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our award-winning SaaS platform and its value proposition to effectively communicate its benefits to potential customers.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate appointment scheduling.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an SDR, Internal Sales Executive, Inside Sales, or Business Development Executive.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet performance goals.
  • Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools is a plus.
