As a MHST Wellbeing Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering and promoting independence among young people, while also contributing to our mission of enabling people to live a more fulfilled life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality mental health services to young people
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support package
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in mental health and wellbeing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £26,500 - £29,500 per annum (pro-rata to £16, £17)
