About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Health, Safety, and Security (HSSE) Officer located in Athens. The HSSE Officer, reporting directly to the HSSE Manager, will be responsible for activities extending to the management of projects in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and programs specific to renewable energy projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and security evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
  • Monitor safety performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HSSE.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language.
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to analyze complex information.
  • Self-motivated.
