Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and confident Sales Team Leader to join our Emilia Wickstead boutique team. As a key ambassador for our luxury fashion brand, you will be responsible for instilling a client-centric approach at all levels within the boutique and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze client data to provide insights to the Marketing team and inform business decisions.
  • Enhance clientelling skills and drive true client understanding to ensure accurate information is captured by the sales team.
  • Monitor and observe sales standards on the shop floor, providing guidance and coaching where necessary.
  • Support the Store Manager in training and developing sales associates.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales, with a strong client-centric background.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
