**About Us:

Ultimate Asset is a leading AdTech company that harnesses first-party smart TV behavioral data to deliver first-in-class omnichannel targeting across digital channels. We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader to lead a pod and drive results across the Omnicom and Dentsu patches with a small team reporting into them.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a pod of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Omnicom and Dentsu
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

**Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in AdTech or related industries
  • Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies
  • Strong network at Omnicom and Dentsu, or similar agencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
