Ultimate Asset is a leading AdTech company that harnesses first-party smart TV behavioral data to deliver first-in-class omnichannel targeting across digital channels. We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader to lead a pod and drive results across the Omnicom and Dentsu patches with a small team reporting into them.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a pod of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Omnicom and Dentsu
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
**Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in AdTech or related industries
- Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies
- Strong network at Omnicom and Dentsu, or similar agencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
