As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative therapy services, providing clinical supervision and training to staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the Outpatient Team, working closely with other team leads to ensure best care for patients and service users.
- Develop and implement individual care and treatment plans for children with a wide range of paediatric conditions.
- Provide specialist advice and recommendations to staff, and participate in clinical service policies and care pathways.
- Collaborate with the Operational Lead to develop strategic and operational management of the physiotherapy service.
- Ensure compliance with National Guidelines and Legislation relating to Health, Education, and Social Care in Physiotherapy practice.
The County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust provides hospital services from two acute sites, as well as community hospitals and over 80 other community-based settings. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team.
Requirements- Advanced level of physiotherapy clinical knowledge and skill within paediatrics.
- HCPC registration and CSP registration.
- Experience of leading and participating in audit, and evidence of forward and innovative thinking.
