Hawksworth is seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Governance Analyst to join our team in a Contract role. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert governance support to our Pensions business.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned PMO professional to leverage their expertise in governance, transformation, and change management. You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our Pensions projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide governance support to our Pensions business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance governance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in PMO governance, transformation, and change management.
- Proven track record of delivering governance projects in the Financial Services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
