Our client is a thriving and innovative private medical facility with multiple locations. In the role of Clinic Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operational activities, concentrating on appointment scheduling, resource allocation, and improving the overall patient journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with the clinical team, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Assisting in strategic resource planning to support the organization's long-term aspirations.
  • Leveraging technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and produce reports on resource usage and operational performance.
  • Demonstrating familiarity with operational technologies, including spreadsheet applications and patient management systems.
  • Exhibiting a willingness to assist in various organizational needs as they arise.
