Health and Safety Manager

Irwin & Colton Limited is seeking an experienced Interim Health and Safety Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to elevate your health and safety career within a reputable and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Health and Safety Management Systems: Lead on the development and maintenance of health and safety management systems, policies, procedures, and safety accreditations.
- Coordinate Health and Safety Activities: Coordinate and communicate health and safety activities and training across the business for colleagues at all levels.
- Lead a Small Team: Lead a small team and ensure that compliance is maintained across the function.
- Analyse and Report Health and Safety Performance: Accurately analyse and report on health and safety performance and communicate this across the organisation.
- Proven Health and Safety Experience: Proven health and safety experience within the wider property space, ideally within social housing or facilities management (experience/knowledge in construction environments is a plus).
- NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH Membership: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant membership of IOSH.
- Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills and a positive and pragmatic attitude to problem solving within Health and Safety.
- Driving Licence and Vehicle: The candidate must have a driving licence and vehicle for this position.
