About the Role

The Company, a leading household brand, is seeking a dedicated Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join their Bradford manufacturing facility. As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for leading the auditing function, developing and implementing sustainable HSE management programs, and ensuring compliance with statutory accreditations.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a strong background in health, safety, and the environment. You will have a proven track record of leading impactful cultural and behavior-based health and safety initiatives, influencing senior leadership teams, and designing site strategies. A qualification in health and safety at Level 3 or higher is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the auditing function for the site/company.
  2. Develop and implement sustainable HSE management programs.
  3. Ensure compliance with statutory accreditations (ISO, DSEAR).
  4. Work collaboratively with the site leadership team to determine opportunities to improve HSE and current operations.
  5. Manage the contractor management process.
  6. Facilitate and assist with the investigation of all accidents.
