Key Account Manager / Office Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager / Office Manager at Agricultural and Farming Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the agricultural industry.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on agricultural equipment and services to clients.
- Manage and coordinate the sales and service of agricultural equipment and services.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service in the agricultural industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
