Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Industrial Laundry

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at phs Besafe, where you will provide technical support for our industrial laundry equipment. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit our sites to maintain and repair industrial laundry equipment
  • Liaise with the Head of Operations and Depot Managers to plan daily work and maximize productivity
  • Take ownership of engineering issues, including testing equipment, fault finding, and repairing equipment in line with customer service level agreements
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with an understanding of hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams
  • Able to demonstrate sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles and use electrical and hydraulic test equipment
  • Compliance with regulations and instructions according to our policies
  • Able to complete all paperwork accurately and clearly
  • Full UK manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points
