About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at No.1 by GuestHouse, York. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Pearly Cow Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of waiters/runners to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Assist with the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent guest experience.
