Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community programmes team, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and delivering key events and programmes, including venue hire, tour bookings, school/community liaison, communication, player appearances, and data collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage key events and programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community groups, and partners.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our programmes and events.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our community programmes, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audience.
