We are a leading provider of medical and legal services, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our clients and customers.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Manager to join our IT team, responsible for managing the first line of support for our employees and ensuring that our IT systems and applications are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of IT support specialists, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and technical expertise.
- Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures to meet business needs and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Head of IT Service Delivery and Business Support Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Drive performance and output of the team, ensuring that standards and processes are followed to meet defined benchmarks.
- Ensure that all IT systems and applications are properly maintained, upgraded, and secured to prevent downtime and data breaches.
- Proven experience in managing a first line IT service desk team, with a strong background in customer service and technical support.
- Experience with Azure, VDI, Horizon Service Now, VM Ware, and Microsoft stack.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices (ITIL v3 or v4 Service Management) and asset and configuration management.
- Ability to define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Incident and Problem management processes.
