Service Desk Manager

ExamWorks UK is seeking a skilled Service Desk Manager to lead our 1st line IT Service Desk team in delivering exceptional support to our 850 users. As a key member of our IT Service Delivery team, you will work closely with the Business Support Manager to ensure that service levels and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing IT service desks, with experience in Azure, VDI, Horizon Service Now, VM Ware, and Microsoft stack. They will also possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to coach and develop a small functional team.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can drive the output and performance of the team, ensuring that standards and processes are followed to meet defined benchmarks. Key Responsibilities- Manage the 1st line IT Service Desk team, ensuring that service levels and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement processes to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Business Support Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and ITIL best practices.
