About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team at Circet IRE & UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing workflows, surveying and programming work streams, and organizing staff to carry out required works efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Workflow Management: Coordinate and manage workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets the required standards and quality expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality and compliance, and optimize customer KPI measures.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to the Works Control and Noticing departments.
  • Site Safety: Conduct in-progress audits and coach sub-contractors on site to identify and implement innovations that improve site safety.
  • Client Management: Identify and prepare submission for DFEs (Design, Fabrication, and Erection) to the Client for approval.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily records of works planned and issues encountered.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the SROH (Site Rules and Operating Handbook).
  • Certifications: NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of permit to work schemes and noticing, experience of dealing with external stakeholders, and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of business impact of decisions, operational and client requests.
  • Quality Requirements: Ability to understand Client's quality requirements.
  • Desirable: IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) certification.
