Circet UK is seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to lead our team in Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workflow Management: Oversee and optimize workflows, surveying and programming work streams for the supply chain, and coordinating staff to execute tasks efficiently.
  2. Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, ensuring quality and the return of relevant packs (fibre and civils) to close out jobs.
  3. Operative Development: Coach and mentor field operatives to enhance quality and compliance with NRSWA 1991, TMA 2004, safety at Civils, and activations, as well as optimize customer KPI measures.
  4. Audit and Innovation: Conduct in-progress audits and coach sub-contractors on site to identify and implement innovations that improve site safety.
  5. Accreditation and Compliance: Hold NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor.
  6. Commercial Awareness: Understand Client's quality requirements and contribute to strategic decision-making.
