Senior Project Manager

Our client, KBM RESOURCING LTD, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their Subsea Flexible Umbilical Cable team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on commercial and technical aspects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring scope, client interface, resources, budget, timelines, contract, and deliverables are met.
- Perform cost monitoring and control, producing internal and client project progress reports.
- Ensure all procedures and processes are rigorously adhered to throughout the project.
- Plan project activities within the overall project schedule, allocating actions and deliverables according to project requirements.
- Manage project interfaces between clients and the company.
- Support and mentor team members in their ongoing personal development.
- Communicate project progress, including cost to budget, schedule to plan, and early risk assessment and mitigation plans to senior management.
- 5+ years of experience in project management/engineering within O&G or an Engineering Service company.
- Experience managing a project P&L, reviewing and executing project contracts, and managing client expectations.
- Experience of cost-control and a track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget.
- Subsea project management experience, preferably with flexible cable laying systems, tensioners, reel drive systems, and winches.
