As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care, promoting independence and dignity, and enhancing the lives of individuals. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on team management, patient care, and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursing staff to deliver excellent care standards
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification
