About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Director to lead our Credit Assistance teams and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing strategies and priorities, managing major operations, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead two or more teams of Credit Assistance employees, utilizing leadership skills and management experience to achieve business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate losses and drive operational efficiency.
  3. Ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  4. Inspect team performance, behavior, and compliance through ongoing management routines and regular follow-up.
  5. Coordinate and participate in line of business horizontal projects and work groups that drive change and continuous improvement.
  6. Lead Team Manager development and provide clear guidance, regular feedback, and ongoing coaching.
  7. Identify and escalate trends that impact the client and/or employee experience, processes, quality, and performance.
  8. Lead projects related to streamlining operations across Recovery and CA Fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Credit Assistance experience in a leadership position.
  • Performance Management.
  • Talent Development.
  • Relationship Building.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Create a culture of quality, that is goal-driven and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with laws, rules, and regulations specific to Credit Assistance and CVL.
  • Recovery experience.

Work Environment:

This role is based in the United States and requires a 1st shift schedule with 40 hours per week.
