About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fundraising Manager to join our team at YMCA England & Wales. As a key member of our Public Fundraising team, you will be responsible for leading our Individual Giving and RoomSponsor programmes to achieve significant income growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive income growth through Individual Giving and RoomSponsor programmes
  • Lead a team of three experienced Individual Giving fundraisers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they achieve their targets
  • Collaborate with the wider fundraising team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including supporters, partners, and colleagues
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

About You:

  • Proven track record of success in fundraising, with a strong understanding of Individual Giving and RoomSponsor programmes
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of fundraisers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions
