About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Support the implementation of sales promotions and in-store events, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, providing customers with expert advice and recommendations.
  • Work flexibly to meet business needs, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
