Position Overview

Attribution Search is currently collaborating with a prominent Asset Management firm seeking to enhance their Investor Services division.

Role Summary

The organization is in search of a MI & Reporting Analyst to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the generation of internal Management Information (MI) for the Business Development function, which includes:
    • Shareholder registers
    • Flow summaries
    • Monthly MI packs
    • Revenue analysis
    • Board papers
  • Oversee the external provision of fund data to data vendors and third parties, with a strong emphasis on data management.
  • Support Operations, the RFP team, and external vendors in enhancing and streamlining processes.
Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Data Reporting and Data Manipulation.
  • Proficiency in handling large data sets.
  • Strong Excel skills.

The successful candidate will be expected to communicate effectively with senior business leaders, as the data produced will be utilized in investor meetings.

Backgrounds in Data Operations, Operations, or Client Services are highly desirable.
