Key Responsibilities - What You'll Achieve as Lead Content Strategist:

Your role will focus on producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with Dext's strategic objectives and enhances our market positioning. From impactful videos to insightful blog posts and social media updates, you will be versatile in your content creation. Collaborating with a team of content professionals, you will work closely with marketing, public relations, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand identity across all platforms.

This position is crucial for amplifying Dext's market presence and driving audience engagement through compelling narratives that resonate with our target market.

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Dext's marketing objectives and business goals;
  • Produce, curate, and disseminate high-quality content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media updates, email campaigns, and multimedia assets. You will also oversee content produced by external agencies and freelancers;
  • Ensure all content adheres to Dext's brand voice and messaging standards, adjusting as necessary for different audiences and platforms;
  • Optimize content for search engines and analyze performance metrics to refine future content strategies;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and customer success, to gather insights and create content that addresses customer needs and challenges;
  • Manage a content calendar to guarantee timely delivery of content across various channels.
