### Job Title: Swimming Assistant Trainee

### Job Description

Are you passionate about creating a fun and safe environment for all our swim school members? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and challenge others? We are seeking a Swimming Assistant Trainee to join our team at Lampton Leisure.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist swimming teachers in teaching swimming techniques and skills
* Help create a safe and fun pool environment for all members
* Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety
* Join students in the water to provide additional demonstrations and hands-on support
* Assess pupil's skills and progress and provide feedback to help students improve
* Ensure any child safeguarding concerns are reported

* Friendly, empathetic, and patient individuals who are passionate about creating a fun and safe environment for all our swim school members
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and challenge others
* Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service

### How to Apply

If you're interested in this exciting opportunity, please attend our on-site assessment day on Saturday, 19th October at Isleworth Leisure Centre. Please note that part of this assessment will take place in the water. Our next training course will start online for 2 weeks from Monday, 25th November and finish with two face-to-face days on Saturday, 7th and Sunday, 8th December.
