ANA Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales and Support Manager to join our team. As a Technical Sales and Support Manager, you will provide expert technical support to customers and the external sales team, manage key customer accounts from a technical perspective, and contribute to the wider commercial and product strategies for our renewable product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers and sales teams have the necessary knowledge to effectively promote and sell our renewable energy products.
- Site Support: Visit construction sites to support installers and ensure our products are installed correctly.
- Design and Technical Support: Produce designs for customers looking to use our renewable energy products and provide technical support to resolve any issues.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Trade Show and Merchant Support: Attend trade shows and visit merchants to promote our renewable energy products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Technical Qualifications: Hold qualifications in a technical-related subject, such as a degree in a relevant field, or have comparable experience in a roofing or electrical-related role.
- Training Experience: Have experience delivering training programs to customers and sales teams.
- Site Experience: Have experience working on or attending construction sites.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess the ability to read and interpret 2D housing plans, elevations, and details, and have a strong understanding of renewable energy products and systems.
- Full UK Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel regularly.
