About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Technical Support professional to join our team at On Target Recruitment. As an Internal Technical Support, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our commercial team and sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the commercial team and sales department on waterproofing and roofing products.
  • Assist with calculations such as waterproofing and U-value calculations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support customers and provide expert advice.
  • Continuously raise the company's profile and build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in staff development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the waterproofing and roofing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing and roofing products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
