  • Support the management team to maintain the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Lead by example, setting the pace for your team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Focus on the details, ensuring every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For
  • You're probably an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an epic front of house team member ready to take their first step into management.
  • You have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.
  • You're a natural talent and passion for hospitality.
  • You're extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.
  • You have good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
  • You have good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • You're a self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision while adhering to pressure and timescales.
  • You have strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
