We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical/Geoenvironmental Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and make a significant impact in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting thorough desk studies and site investigations to identify potential risks and opportunities
  2. Performing quantitative risk assessments and 3D fate-transport modelling to inform project decisions
  3. Managing phase III remediation and implementing appraisal strategies to ensure effective project delivery
  4. Providing expert guidance and support on waste classification and environmental statements to ensure compliance
  5. Conducting DSEAR inspections and developing materials management plans to ensure a safe working environment
  6. Collaborating with the team to design foundations and implement green technology solutions to reduce environmental impact
  7. Supporting incident responses and providing expert advice to clients to ensure effective crisis management
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical and geoenvironmental consulting
  2. Extensive experience in geotechnical/geoenvironmental investigations and quantitative risk assessments
  3. Proficiency in 3D fate-transport modelling and phase III remediation
  4. Strong understanding of waste classification, foundation design, and environmental statements
  5. Experience in DSEAR inspections and developing materials management plans
  6. Familiarity with green technology solutions and their implementation
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  8. A valid driving licence is required for this position
